We have some of the biggest typicals in the world! Two of our whitetail deer have held record titles for being the largest deer in the U.S. scoring as high as 523 inches. Not after a whitetail? Try out an elk or ram hunt or perhaps try something a bit more exotic!
Bring your weapon of choice; bow, gun, crossbow, we’ve seen it all. Our guide team is fully equipped and ready to provide you with the perfect custom experience. All hunts guarantee a shot opportunity.
After The Hunt
Once your animal is harvested, we can prepare your meat for processing or quarter it for you to take home and process as you see fit. And don’t forget about the ultimate trophy from our taxidermy shop. (*additional charges apply for meat preperation and taxidermy).

Lodging:
At Samsons Mountain we strive to provide a satisfying stay for our guests with many unique lodging options. Relax and enjoy being surrounded by herds of elk, deer and other wildlife. One non-hunting guest stays for free. Learn more about our lodging here.
Guided Hunts
All-inclusive 2-day hunts, we provide meals, lodging, and permits. We will debone and quarter the meat as well as get your animal ready for the taxidermist or for our very own in-house taxidermist. Non-hunting guest free!
$200 non-refundable deposit to hold your dates that goes towards your hunt. No kill no pay.

The best way to get your hunt on the books is to call or text us at 618.771.3992. We will provide you with any additional details for animal pricing and accommodations for you or your group at that time. Keep in mind Diamond package hunts are individually priced by animal while the Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages all have set pricing.
A $200 deposit, per animal booked, will officially lock in your dates. We look forward to providing you with the hunt of a lifetime!
